Down another 3, which makes a total of 21lbs so far! Energy levels have remained pretty high, which is a good thing!

Update...

Just a quick update on my weight loss journey. Had a couple of stagnant weeks, but have still lost another 6lbs. Again, haven't done much of a drastic change...just doing 2 shakes, 2 snacks and a healthy meal!
